Welcome! I am Marion Shelton, Broker and Owner of Aqua Terra Real Estate, proudly serving the Venice, FL area. I have a deep love for the Southwest Florida coastal lifestyle, and I’m passionate about helping others find their perfect piece of paradise here.

I am a licensed Florida Realtor and have been in the real estate industry since 2016. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 28 years in the wireless telecom industry. In addition to my Florida license, I am also a licensed Colorado broker, bringing a broad perspective and diverse experience to my clients.

Furthermore, I am a licensed Florida Yacht and Ship Salesperson, which means I can assist you not only with the purchase or sale of your home but also with buying or selling your boat—making me your one-stop resource for all things coastal living.

Located in Venice, I am immersed in the vibrant local community. My wife Tracy, who owns Il Sallone Verde Salon, and our adorable puppy Reiney enjoy all the activities this beautiful area has to offer. You might find us taking Reiney to Broward Dog Beach almost every weekend or strolling through the Venice Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, soaking in the local charm.

Our journey has been quite adventurous—my wife and I lived full-time on a 40-foot sailing catamaran for over a year, sailing from Key West to the Chesapeake Bay and back. It was an incredible experience, filled with amazing people and lifelong friendships. While we loved the voyage, we ultimately decided that living on the boat wasn’t for us, and we’re grateful to have returned to land and settled into this wonderful coastal community.
